We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to help us derive actionable insights from complex data and fuel data-driven decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain. • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business functions in marketing, growth, product, and finance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analysis that supports business goals. • Automate data processes and reports where possible to improve operational efficiency. • Present findings and insights to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. • Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling to support planning and inventory management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a consumer-facing or D2C company. • Proficient in SQL and at least one analytics platform (Python, R, etc.) • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Excellent understanding of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distributions, etc.). • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple and clear manner. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Good to Have: • Experience in the wellness, healthcare, or FMCG industry. • Knowledge of A/B testing, customer segmentation, and attribution modeling. • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
