Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (CCE) who can serve as the first point of contact between the Store and its customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, feedback, and support requests via multiple communication channels including calls, emails, live chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
  • Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Candidate must have experience international clothing brand.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
