The Data & Analytics manager's primary responsibility is to manage and Lead projects/activities related to building the modern data ecosystem while working with IT and business to convert insights into strategic opportunities. We are in search of passionate, motivated, and creative Data & Analytics managers to join our Managed services team who would lead and manage a team of Data architects, Data technology engineers, Data scientists and Reporting and BI experts to drive business outcomes through analytics interventions. Candidate is expected to demonstrate extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in data and analytics management with at least 6 years of Experience of leading various Data and Analytics program/initiatives of large sizes;
- Should have minimum 3 years’ Experience of managing and delivering Managed Data and Analytics projects/engagements.
- Managed Services/Operate/Production Support Experience is a must
- Oversee the delivery of data analytics engagements – development and maintenance of data pipelines, data models and analytics platforms
- Lead the implementation of analytic solutions including dashboards, reports and predictive models.
- Strong understanding of service delivery and Support models
- Should have extensive Experience of ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Knowledge management, Release management, Data DevOps etc.;
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the analytics platforms ensuring all SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to stakeholders delivering consistent high-quality support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of service offerings and strategic initiatives for data and analytics managed services.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services and enhancing client value.
- Should have led and driven estimations and sizing effort related to Data analytics work, plan and build teams utilizing onsite/offshore mix, utilizing deployment models for efficient delivery of solution;
- Should have excellent communication, problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.;
- Should be Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices as needed.
- Should Perform as a team leader by creating a positive environment, build proven team members based on coaching and mentoring, shaping next generation of Data analytics leaders;
