Role Overview: At Recrivio, as the Director - AI Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading the growth of the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Low-Code. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the development and expansion of the AI business process practice, driving strategic enterprise wins, and cultivating a team that excels in the AI and cloud era. You will engage with C-suite leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to align strategy with execution, combining strategic vision, sales expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Own P&L and growth for Recrivio's AI Business Process Solutions practice, specializing in Microsoft Cloud, CRM, ERP, and Low-Code. - Develop and implement a go-to-market plan targeting the manufacturing, industrial, and enterprise transformation sectors. - Actively engage in sales efforts by leading from the front, securing key enterprise deals, co-creating solutions, and fostering relationships with CXOs. - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and solution team capable of operating in mid-market and enterprise segments. - Establish strategic partnerships with Microsoft and other ecosystem players to maximize co-sell and solution-led growth. - Translate customer pain points into compelling business cases driven by AI and digital transformation. - Ensure pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and revenue accountability throughout the team. - Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to devise integrated transformation solutions. - Represent Recrivio at industry forums, Microsoft partner events, and CXO roundtables as a thought leader. Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, business consulting, or technology transformation, including a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership or team-building capacity. - Demonstrated success in selling Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or similar enterprise business applications. - Proven experience in establishing or expanding a sales or solution team within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. - Profound comprehension of CRM, ERP, manufacturing operations, and process automation. - Possess a hunter mindset characterized by entrepreneurship, hands-on approach, and result-driven focus. - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and digital transformation leaders. - Excellent commercial acumen, storytelling abilities, and deal orchestration skills. - Ability to thrive in a rapid, collaborative, and high-accountability culture.
