This role ensures that the sales force is equipped, agile, and continuously evolving to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement an effective sales onboarding and capability development framework, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated productivity for new hires in sales team. Develop and execute high-impact training programs that enhance consultative selling, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
