Lead SFE

Role Overview: Dr. Reddys Laboratories is seeking individuals who are passionate about catalyzing the digital transformation journey in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of the Strategic Capability Development team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales capabilities of the Field Force in emerging markets. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Head and in-country SFE Business Partners in developing and deploying frameworks for sales excellence, executing key programs for sales plan implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the SFE plan across Emerging Markets. Key Responsibilities: - Support SFE Head and in-country SFE BPs in capability development of Field Force for sales excellence - Map SFE journey for sales process in individual emerging markets and drive rep productivity - Execute key programs and projects including Territory Design, Territory Alignment, and Segmentation & Targeting - Present insights from data generated by SFA systems to product marketing teams and drive utilization of SFA systems for decision-making - Train field force on new sales force systems and processes, review training material, and facilitate quick adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the SFE plan across Emerging Markets - Support recruitment, goal setting, performance appraisals, and training of team members to maximize retention and performance - Support Emerging Market set up associated with product launches and geographic expansion to maximize profitability Qualification Required: - MBA Company Description: Dr. Reddys Laboratories is a global integrated pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Emerging Markets.
