As an Azure Infrastructure Specialist, your role is crucial in assisting businesses to modernize their cloud estate, develop intelligent applications, and utilize AI-driven insights for digital transformation through Microsoft's cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies. **Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers to understand their business and technical challenges, and position Microsoft Azure services as the preferred platform for innovation and growth. - Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns or internal sources. - Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers by providing demos or quotes and collaborating with partners or internal teams. - Identify customer business needs, contribute to the development of solutions, and propose prioritized solutions that align with customers" needs. - Collaborate with One Commercial Partner and a network of partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell, and develop joint proposals and consumption plans with partners. - Collaborate with the "compete" global black belts to analyze competitor products and implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, rhythm-of-business (ROB) meetings, and conduct business analysis to pursue high-potential customers. **Technical Expertise:** - Collaborate with the "compete" global black belts to analyze competitor products, solutions, and/or services and implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication. **Sales Excellence:** - Collaborate with partners and resources to explore business and emerging opportunities and review feedback reports to ensure customer/partner satisfaction. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning and develop a target list of potential business to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities. **Qualifications:** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** - 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience. **Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:** - 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience,
