Job Description

As a Pricing Optimization Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for utilizing your domain experience in sales operations, sales enablement, and sales excellence to optimize pricing and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating domain experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Possessing a strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies. - Expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools, and technology. - Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate pricing strategies to stakeholders. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and finance. - Knowledge of pricing optimization software and methodologies. - Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer behavior. - Overall experience of 10+ years with 8+ years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement, preferably in a GBS or BPO organization. - Expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools, and technology. - Result-oriented leader managing teams of 20+ HC working in a remote and hybrid environment. - Experience in pricing operations, pricing negotiations, and pricing process administration. You should also possess the following qualifications and skills: - Domain experience in sales operations, pricing operations, CPQ processes, or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies. - Ability to establish strong client relationships. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - Adaptable and flexible with agility for quick learning. - Strong negotiation skills. - Process-oriented with collaboration and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, adapt existing methods and procedures, and understand the strategic direction set by senior management. You will interact with peers, management levels at a client, and within Accenture. Additionally, you may need to work in rotational shifts.,
