Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director, BPO - INSA at Visa, you will have a wide range of responsibilities aimed at accelerating growth, driving short and long-term opportunities, and overcoming challenges to ensure the business's future success. Your role will involve close collaboration with Country and Functional leadership teams within INSA, as well as teams across the region, to gain insights into market landscapes, Visa Strategy, and support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives to boost growth in the respective markets. Additionally, you will work with corporate functions to establish and manage scorecards, targets, performance measures, and reporting formats to assess the effectiveness of the strategy and its implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market developments, opportunities, and threats to recommend key strategies for the cluster's strategic plans. - Drive the execution of the cluster strategy by leading the annual prioritization process and implementing a strategy PMO framework. - Ensure alignment of objectives at regional, country, and account levels with the organizational vision. - Maintain a deep understanding of the business and local market landscapes to provide context for critical strategic projects. - Develop and monitor comprehensive scorecards for monthly performance tracking. - Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to optimize client coverage, sales discipline, and the sales operating model within the cluster. - Work with Finance and People teams on business planning, workforce/location planning, budget management, KPI monitoring, and process enhancements. - Establish governance for evaluating investments and managing expenses to ensure profitable growth and efficient resource allocation. - Foster cross-functional collaboration by closely coordinating with AP and market BPOs for various activities and forums. Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a preference for at least 3+ years in management consulting or strategy functions. - Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership in addressing diverse functional business challenges. - Strong personal presence and exceptional communication skills to deliver compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners. - Data-driven leadership style with superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in structuring complex financial models. - Exceptional report modeling and data management capabilities, adept at handling substantial data and efficiently prioritizing deliverables. - Ability to visually represent data, create high-quality presentations, and effectively communicate actionable insights.
