Key Responsibilities: - Welcome customers warmly, provide personalized attention, and offer styling advice while educating them on gemstones, craftsmanship, and the unique stories behind each piece. - Guide customers through their buying journey by understanding their needs, recommending suitable jewelry pieces based on preferences, occasions, and budgets, and meeting individual and store-level sales targets with integrity. - Ensure products are aesthetically displayed, well-lit, and in line with brand visual standards, actively participating in new collection launches, promotional setups, and seasonal decor arrangements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients beyond the point of sale, keeping them informed about exclusive previews, new arrivals, and loyalty offers to encourage repeat visits and positive referrals. - Provide operational support by assisting with accurate billing, order fulfillment, packaging, maintaining POS records, updating customer profiles, supporting inventory checks, and coordinating replenishment requests with the backend team. - Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the store, ensuring that counters, mirrors, and displays are always guest-ready.
