As an experienced and highly skilled contracts lawyer, you will be joining our Legal Team to handle a wide range of contracts for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to draft and negotiate agreements and arrangements entered into by the organization. Additionally, you will provide legal advice to protect the company's interests. You should have 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Law Firm, Fintech, Bank, or MNC, with expertise in general Corporate, product advisory, and end-to-end contract negotiation, including IT contracts. Strong communication and drafting skills in English are essential for this role. Demonstrable understanding and experience in laws related to Employment Laws, Fintech-associated Laws, Digital Lending, and Intellectual Property are required. Expertise in maintaining and periodically updating MIS trackers, along with strong legal research and analytical skills, are also crucial for this position. Fluency in MS Office and related tools is expected from the ideal candidate.
