As a Headphone Guru, you play a crucial role in guiding individuals on their audiophile journey, not by selling but by educating, advising, and serving with honesty and craftsmanship. Your interactions with customers, both online and offline, will be pivotal in connecting with the community and enhancing their music experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be a trusted advisor to customers, assisting them in selecting the right audio gear for their requirements - Explain sound signatures, technical specifications, and brand variances clearly and patiently - Engage with customers through various channels like email, phone, chat, and in-person interactions - Conduct expert-led audio tours at our Experience Studio in Mumbai for visitors - Represent Headphone Zone at events like Headphone Connect to support the audiophile community across India - Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and trends in the audiophile industry - Collaborate with Operations and Customer Happiness teams to ensure a seamless customer journey - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance community education and engagement initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or product advisory would be beneficial - A profound love for music and sound quality is essential, regardless of being an audiophile - Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach - Alignment with the company values of integrity, continuous learning, ownership, and respectful service - Eagerness to learn about audio equipment and share knowledge with others - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset - Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Shopify - Must be based in Mumbai as this is a full-time, on-site position at our HQ in Andheri West - Freshers are also welcome to apply Note: The job posting did not contain any additional details about the company beyond the provided information.,
