Role Description: As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to further strengthen our customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will focus on customer retention, ensuring that customers become loyal advocates of BiteSpeed. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in gathering customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product team. Responsibilities: - Manage international customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with BiteSpeed. - Facilitate client onboarding and monitor product adoption for enterprise customers to drive upsells and expansion revenue. - Act as a trusted product advisor for international customers, assisting them in maximizing the value they derive from BiteSpeed. - Handle cross-sells of new products and renewals, taking ownership of expansion revenue at the account level. - Develop a playbook for the international customer success function to support scalability in the next phase of growth. Qualifications: - Passion for delivering exceptional service akin to a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. - Genuine interest in assisting individuals and contributing to their success. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success with a technical understanding of the product, along with at least 1 year of experience in managing international customers. - Eagerness to engage in conversations with individuals from diverse backgrounds to gain insights into their experiences.
