Associate Manager- Legal

The role of a contacts lawyer at our organization involves handling a wide range of contracts and agreements. As an experienced professional with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience, you will collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to draft and negotiate various agreements. Your responsibilities will include providing legal advice to protect the company's interests and ensuring compliance with laws related to Employment, Fintech, Digital Lending, and Intellectual Property. Key responsibilities include strong communication and drafting skills, coordination with stakeholders, tracking legal expenses, maintaining MIS trackers, legal research, and staying updated on regulatory projects. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a reputed law school, be result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, fluency in MS Office and related tools is required.
