Xcel Global Panel, part of the Market Xcel, is a next-generation audience network and API supply ecosystem enabling research and insights companies worldwide. We combine technology, partnerships, and proprietary panels to deliver verified respondents and real-time sample globally.


As part of our growth journey, we are expanding our Performance Marketing and Supply Enablement function to fuel user acquisition, traffic partnerships, and scalable digital growth, across both web and app ecosystems, targeting US, India, and other international markets.


Role Overview


We are seeking a Performance Marketing Director who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution. This role will lead both paid and organic strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and ROI across our platforms.


You’ll own and optimize full-funnel growth initiatives spanning panel acquisition, programmatic supply, ad-hoc sample partnerships, API integrations, and digital campaigns. A proven team leader with an eye for performance, data, and detail, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


1.    Supply Leadership & Partnerships

  • Lead initiatives to enhance traffic and programmatic supply, including managing API-based sample integrations and ad-hoc partnerships.
  • Drive panel acquisition strategies and campaigns ensuring a healthy inflow of verified respondents globally.
  • Collaborate with demand teams to forecast traffic needs and align supply channels to meet delivery targets.
  • Monitor and optimize key supply metrics, conversion rate, fill rate, cost per acquisition, and delivery efficiency.


2.    Growth, Acquisition & Traffic Strategy

  • Build and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
  • Drive user acquisition and panel growth through app download campaigns, SEO, SEM, and cross-channel optimization.
  • Manage paid ad operations for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, and Bing including audience segmentation, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop global campaigns for user acquisition and partner supply enablement, focusing on key markets like the US and India.
  • Experiment with growth hacking, virality, and word-of-mouth techniques to boost reach and retention.


3.    Campaign Management & Analytics

  • Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Design and manage A/B tests to optimize messaging, creatives, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Use web and social media analytics tools to measure campaign impact and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and reports (in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) to visualize campaign performance and supply metrics.


4.    Collaboration & Cross-functional Execution

  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with design and content teams to create impactful ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets.
  • Provide insights to inform product growth, panel retention, and overall acquisition efficiency.


5.    Team & Process Leadership

  • Build and manage a small team of digital marketing specialists focused on acquisition and analytics.
  • Oversee work allocation, reporting, and performance tracking across campaigns and platforms.
  • Establish frameworks for testing, attribution, and optimization, ensuring scalability and repeatability of success.

Core Skills & Experience

  • 10-12 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Online Advertising, and Growth roles.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Programmatic Supply, API Integrations, and Traffic Partnerships.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and SEO/ASO tools.
  • Proficient in Web Analytics, Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and collaborating across marketing, sales, and tech functions.
  • Excellent understanding of SEM, PPC, Social Media Ads, and performance attribution models.
  • Experience in the Market Research or Online Panel industry is highly preferred.
