Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager (Team Lead)

end-to-end ownership


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy across website, content, social media, and online branding
  • Develop digital roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversions


2. Team Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage internal teams, including Web, Creative, Content, and Social Media
  • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and track deliverables to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met
  • Mentor team members and drive performance excellence across all digital outputs

3. Review, Approval & Governance

  • Review and approve all digital creatives, website updates, content assets, and social media communications
  • Act as the

    final approval authority

    for all digital touchpoints
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Sales, Business, and Leadership teams for campaign execution
  • Align digital initiatives with recruitment branding, sales enablement, and corporate positioning
  • Serve as the

    single point of contact

    for all digital marketing activities

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track digital performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Analyze website traffic, social media KPIs, campaign performance, and engagement metrics
  • Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders

6. Brand & Platform Management

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital platforms
  • Oversee website content, updates, usability, and performance
  • Maintain high-quality standards for the organization’s online presence


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities


Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years

    of experience in Digital Marketing with team-handling exposure
  • Hands-on experience in website management, content strategy, and social media platforms
  • Prior experience in

    IT Services, Technology, or Agency environments

    is preferred
  • Educational qualifications are flexible;

    practical expertise and leadership impact matter most
