You will be working with a growing technology-driven organization that specializes in offering innovative AI-based solutions for schools. The primary mission of the organization is to revolutionize education through technology, aiming to enhance learning efficiency, engagement, and future readiness. Your responsibilities will include identifying and creating new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with principals, school administrators, and decision-makers, showcasing and explaining the AI product to school stakeholders through meetings, demos, and presentations, devising and executing sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets, collaborating with internal marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and client needs, negotiating contracts, finalizing deals, and ensuring seamless onboarding of schools, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and providing timely reports to management. Your role will also involve driving sales of AI education products to schools and educational institutions, presenting growth opportunities in the flourishing AI-Education sector. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in EdTech, IT solutions, or school-related products/services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to establish trust and long-term relationships with school authorities. Being target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently are crucial traits for this position. Comfort with frequent travel within the assigned region and a willingness to travel to meet school principals are also required.
