Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on cost-per-lead and conversion rates. Social Media Marketing Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive inquiries. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies. Run targeted ad campaigns (location-based, demographic-based) to attract potential buyers and investors. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & SEO Manage Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility of property listings and company website. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards. Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs. Collaboration Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and track conversion outcomes. Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials. 🛠️ Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns in the real estate sector (preferred). Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing tools. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad content. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools. 📚 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or consulting.
