Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media marketing strategies, analyzing web analytics to guide marketing efforts, and driving lead generation to support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying trends, developing strategies, and improving online engagement to enhance the company’s digital presence and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to optimize campaigns and analyze performance data.
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and experience managing and growing various social platforms.
• Expertise in Lead Generation techniques to increase customer acquisition and engagement.
• General Marketing knowledge and strategy development to support broad company goals.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage campaigns and collaborate with teams.
• Experience with marketing automation tools or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Professional experience in relevant industries like manufacturing or technology is preferred.
