About the Company

Vaidyaacharya India Limited is a growing Ayurvedic manufacturing and B2B service brand with multiple sub-brands. We are focused on building a strong, credible digital presence that drives engagement, trust, and conversions across platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and grow all our brand and sub-company digital profiles. This role requires strong content planning, editing skills, feed aesthetics, and performance-driven thinking.

You will be responsible not just for posting content, but for building a community and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company & sub-brand profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality content (reels, posts, carousels, short videos, thumbnails)
  • Maintain a clean, consistent, and conversion-oriented feed
  • Drive engagement, reach, inquiries, and brand recall
  • Build and nurture an active brand community
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth and conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product, brand, and campaign alignment
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices

Eligibility & Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing / social media management
  • Strong hands-on expertise in content editing tools (Reels & video editing is mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and engagement tactics
  • Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns
  • Creative mindset with strong execution discipline
  • Experience managing multiple brand profiles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
