Job Description

Role Overview

HabileLabs is looking for a senior Digital Marketing Manager who can

own digital performance from end to end

. This role is not limited to running campaigns or managing agencies. It requires a

digital strategist who can execute, measure, optimize, and scale

.
You will be responsible for performance marketing, website ownership, SEO and AEO, analytics, content-led lead generation, and continuous performance improvement across Cloud, AI, BFSI, and enterprise service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Campaign Execution

Own the digital marketing roadmap aligned with HabileLabs growth objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email journeys, landing pages, and retargeting.
Drive end-to-end campaign execution including messaging, targeting, creatives, landing pages, tracking, and optimization.
Ensure campaigns are aligned to ICPs, industries, services, and funnel stages.

Website Ownership, SEO AEO

Own the HabileLabs website end to end, including structure, UX, SEO, AEO, landing pages, and lead capture flows.
Drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content alignment.
Continuously improve website conversion rates through CRO, UX improvements, and experimentation.

Website Content, Blog Lead Generation

Strategize content strategy focused on demand generation, not just traffic.
Work with internal teams to create lead assets such as case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, solution pages, and landing pages.
Ensure content supports B2B buyer journeys across Cloud, AI, BFSI, and enterprise segments.

Analytics, Reporting Performance Improvement

Own analytics setup across GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platforms, and CRM integrations.
Build dashboards and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Translate data into insights and actions to continuously improve marketing ROI.

Collaboration Enablement

Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, pipeline visibility, and conversion outcomes.
Support social and brand teams with campaign ideas, themes, and thought leadership direction.
Collaborate with product, cloud, and AI teams to ensure accurate positioning and messaging.

Required Experience Skills

6 to 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
A B2B + Tech background will be preferred.
Proven experience with performance marketing, AEO, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.
Comfortable balancing strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization.
Experience using

AI-powered marketing tools

for content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, personalization, or automation will be preferred
