Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Digital Marketeer to design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive measurable growth for our restaurant brands. This role combines expertise in lead generation, SEO/SEM, and performance tracking with creativity and an experimental mindset. If you’re passionate about scaling campaigns with data, automation, and innovative strategies, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Paid Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads. Drive measurable results in terms of leads, conversions, and ROI. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking. Content & Creative Strategy Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging ad creatives tailored for Meta platforms. Run A/B tests on ad formats, messaging, and CTAs to maximize CTR and conversions. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences. SEO & SEM for Restaurant Discovery Optimize restaurant visibility on Google Search, Google Maps, and Meta platforms. Conduct keyword research for dining, catering, and food delivery categories. Implement on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, menu keywords, structured data). Improve local SEO (Google My Business, reviews, location targeting). Run SEM campaigns (search ads, call-only ads, discovery ads) to capture high-intent leads. Monitor search trends and competitor presence to maintain leadership in local rankings. AI & Automation Use AI tools for ad copy, creative variations, and predictive targeting. Explore AI chatbots and automation for lead nurturing. Stay updated on AI-driven ad solutions and implement them where relevant. Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor daily campaign performance across all platforms. Build and present weekly dashboards/reports (CPL, CTR, ROAS, SEO rankings, conversions). Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions quickly. Customer & Market Insights Understand customer segments (dining vs catering vs delivery) and tailor campaigns. Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps. Experiment with new channels and formats (YouTube, Display Ads, WhatsApp campaigns). Requirements Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation (Meta & Google Ads). Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM, especially for local discovery. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, ad automation platforms). Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights. Creative mindset with eye for ad copy & visuals. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Experience in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality industry preferred. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with a test-and-learn approach. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills) Experience with email marketing & WhatsApp automation. Familiarity with conversion tracking setup (pixels, GTM, event tracking). Knowledge of influencer marketing for restaurant promotions.
