We partner with restaurant brands to optimize their online presence, analyze performance, and drive growth. About the Role If you’ve ever spent too long reading a menu, mentally renamed a dish while waiting for your order, or thought “This could definitely sound better on Zomato,” you’re one of us. At Spice Advisors, we’re building the future of food brands—and menus are where a lot of the magic begins. As a Menu Strategist, you’ll work with some of India’s most exciting restaurant concepts to shape how they show up on Swiggy, Zomato, in-store, and across digital platforms. You’ll help craft everything from killer dish names to full-blown menu structures that actually sell. This isn’t a copywriting gig or a food styling job—it’s a full-time role where branding, strategy, content, research, and a sharp sense of taste collide. What You’ll Do     Build menus that convert – Structure and rewrite menus for online platforms and physical formats with high-performing names, categories, and descriptions.     Research food trends and market dynamics – From street snacks to luxury dining, you’ll deep-dive into what’s working across the ecosystem.     Create brand-aligned menu experiences   – Translate tone of voice and brand story into dishes and categories that feel right.     Apply basic SEO logic – Understand search behavior on food delivery apps and apply it to category and item structuring.     Collaborate across functions   – Brand, operations, strategy, design—menu thinking touches them all.
