Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the liaison between Spice Advisors and our restaurant clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and assisting in achieving their business goals. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to managing client relationships effectively. Experience in hotel or restaurant management is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. Problem Solving: Understand client issues related to dining and delivery operations, especially on Swiggy and Zomato, and provide solutions by coordinating with the internal Spice Advisors team. Client Support: Regularly communicate with clients to monitor satisfaction, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams (marketing, menu engineering, strategy) to ensure timely resolution of client issues and align efforts to meet client expectations. Client Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to clients on key performance metrics (KPIs) and business insights, outlining performance improvements, issues, and opportunities for growth. Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary tools, training, and guidance to ensure they are set up for success. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients to improve our services and adjust strategies as needed. Market Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the restaurant industry and delivery platforms to offer proactive recommendations to clients. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in account management or customer-facing roles (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry). Experience or familiarity with Swiggy, Zomato, and other online delivery platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure. A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including service, kitchen management, and online delivery processes is highly preferred.
