Role Overview:

We are seeking a CRM Manager / CRM Executive to oversee payment collections, client documentation, and compliance processes while ensuring a seamless customer journey. This role involves raising demand letters, handling ATS registrations, tracking payment schedules, and ensuring GST & RERA compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and providing timely updates to deliver a smooth and professional experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls promptly.

Maintain a professional and customer-first approach at all times.


Technical & Compliance:

Handle ATS (Agreement to Sale) registrations accurately and on time.

Raise demand letters and coordinate GST requirements with the accounts team.

Ensure full compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines.


Financial Management:

Collect and track payments as per agreed schedules.

Follow up with customers and coordinate with accounts to ensure timely receipts and reconciliations.


Communication & Reporting:

Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Generate regular reports on payment status, outstanding dues, and compliance updates for management.


Regulatory Awareness:

Stay updated with RERA and GST regulations relevant to real estate.

Proactively address any compliance-related concerns.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • 26 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS registration, demand raising, GST, and RERA compliance.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills.
  • Proven track record of efficient payment collection and follow-up.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
