Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts cum Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining daily financial records and bookkeeping. Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation. Manage office supplies and inventory.. Record and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments. Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage petty cash and bank transactions. Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Help in preparation of budgets and financial forecasting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel).
