Job Description

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media marketing to build, manage, and grow our online brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing multi-platform campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & ManagementDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and grow company profiles across platforms: Instagram, Facebook,YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest. Create monthly social media calendars with themes, campaigns, and posting schedules. Develop engaging, on-brand content including posts, reels, stories, ads, and short-form videos. Maintain brand voice, style, and consistency across platforms. 2. Content CreationWrite compelling captions, ad copy, blogs, and headlines. Design graphics and visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media. Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams for content requirements. 3. Paid Social Media AdvertisingPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads. Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and lead conversions. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging. 4. Community EngagementRespond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms. Engage with audiences to build trust and long-term relationships. Track and report customer sentiment and brand reputation insights. 5. Analytics & ReportingMonitor performance analytics using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools. Provide weekly and monthly dashboards reporting on: Engagement metrics Follower growth Campaign ROI Lead generation Recommend continuous improvements based on data insights. 6. Collaboration & Project ManagementWork with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Creative, Customer Support) to plan campaigns. Coordinate influencer partnerships, affiliate collaborations, and brand ambassadors. Ensure timely execution of campaigns and seasonal promotions. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent. Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience. Strong portfolio of creative content (posts, reels, videos, graphics). Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy. Strong understanding of trends, hashtags, audience psychology, and platform algorithms. Preferred QualificationsExperience in paid social advertising and campaign optimization. Skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design. Experience with automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software.
