About the role: Popbrain is looking for creative and reliable Content Creators who can produce high-quality Instagram reels for our brand. You will receive scripts, concepts, and instructions from our marketing team and must deliver reels consistently as per the monthly submission schedule. We are hiring multiple creators, and each creator will follow an individual submission calendar with regular deadlines. 1. Reel Creation Create 10 high-quality reels per month (approx.). Follow the script, storyline, and instructions provided by Popbrain’s marketing team. Record videos with clear background, clean visuals, and crisp audio quality . Perform all required editing , as specified for each script (normal editing or mid-level editing). Add creative elements when required to enhance reel quality. 2. Submission Schedule Submit reels according to the assigned monthly submission calendar. On average, 1 reel every 3–4 days , ensuring consistent monthly output. Follow your assigned submission slot to ensure Popbrain receives daily content flow . 3. Review & Revisions Popbrain will review each reel within 5 working days . If revisions are requested, creators must re-submit the corrected reel within 2 working days . Reels will only be counted as approved if they meet Popbrain’s quality standards. Payments ₹300 per approved reel . 50/50 Milestone Payment 50% payout after completing & approving 50% of monthly reels. Remaining 50% after all reels for the month are approved. Payment Mode: UPI / Bank Transfer Processing Time: Within 7 working days of approval. If the reel goes viral (remakes, trend picks up): Extra bonuses, gift coupons, or opportunity for permanent creator role. Bonus calculation is done at the end of each month.
