Position Overview — Digital Marketing Manager (Sustainability-Led Brand Growth)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence end-to-end — driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across markets. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, analytical precision, and a passion for sustainability to scale GreenHyde’s impact globally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Growth Planning
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with GreenHyde’s sustainability mission and growth goals.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across sustainable fashion and conscious-consumer brands.
Define KPIs (e.g., cost per lead, ROI, engagement rate, conversion rate) aligned with both brand equity and revenue growth.
2. Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to drive higher ROAS and lower CAC.
Manage internal and external media budgets efficiently while ensuring sustainability-aligned messaging consistency.
3. SEO & Content Marketing
Lead SEO and content strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to enhance organic reach for GreenHyde’s plant-based product lines.
Build and manage a content calendar — blogs, newsletters, product stories, sustainability features, and media articles.
Strengthen local SEO for retail and online visibility across India and global geographies.
4. Website & Landing Page Management
Oversee website UX/UI and landing page performance to ensure eco-luxury brand storytelling and high conversion rates.
Monitor user behavior via Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Pixel, and implement improvements to enhance retention and funnel depth.
5. Social Media & Community Building
Manage social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest) with a focus on visual storytelling and conscious consumer engagement.
Launch and manage campaigns such as brand collaborations, sustainable living features, and behind-the-scenes production stories.
Respond to queries and reviews professionally to maintain a trusted, transparent brand voice.
6. Lead Nurturing & CRM
Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo) for personalized automation and remarketing.
Design and execute email/SMS/WhatsApp journeys for customer retention, sustainability updates, and product launches.
Track source attribution and customer lifetime value to optimize campaign ROI.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Generate weekly and monthly dashboards via Google Data Studio or similar tools.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign performance and brand engagement data.
8. Profile Management
Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings to drive local discovery and reviews.
Oversee Amazon Business / Brand Store presence — enhancing visibility, keyword optimization, and review management for eco-leather products.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Strategy.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing; exposure to sustainability, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM automation platforms.
Strong grasp of ethical consumer behavior and eco-brand positioning.
Analytical mindset with creativity and precision; hands-on with metrics like ROAS, CTR, and conversion funnel optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certification.
Experience managing marketplace and brand profiles (Amazon, Google Business, conscious e-commerce platforms).
Knowledge of video content marketing, influencer collaborations, and sustainable storytelling.
