As part of our dynamic expansion, we are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems, campaign strategy, analytics, and ROI-driven marketing. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable results for clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies for better engagement. Collaborate with the design and content team to align ad creatives with brand goals. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Tracking , and Remarketing strategies. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory). Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager , and Excel/Sheets for reporting. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Excellent communication and time management skills. Compensation Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill set) Location Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Hybrid position) This is a full-time, Hybrid role at our Dehradun office (Remote + Office Working).
