As part of our dynamic expansion, we are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems, campaign strategy, analytics, and ROI-driven marketing. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable results for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies for better engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to align ad creatives with brand goals.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Tracking, and Remarketing strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Location

Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Hybrid position)
This is a full-time, Hybrid role at our Dehradun office (Remote + Office Working).
