Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – International Business Location: Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai Reporting To: Director – Senior VP, QR678, Esthetic Centers International Pvt. Ltd. Learn more at: 🌐 www.qr678.in | www.qr678.com Position Objective: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Deputy General Manager – International Business to spearhead the global expansion of QR678®. This role will focus on forging strong distribution partnerships, navigating regulatory landscapes, and driving revenue growth across strategic international markets, with a focus on the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and emerging economies. Key Responsibilities: International Expansion & Market Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish distributor and regulatory partners across priority international geographies including UAE, GCC, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Build and execute market-specific launch strategies, pricing frameworks, and channel partner structures for QR678® and its variants (QR678 Neo, Nexo, Plexo, HAN, HUMEXO). Drive onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of international distributors and institutional buyers. Regulatory & Compliance Navigation: Coordinate international product registration efforts with country-specific regulatory bodies (e.g., SFDA, NMRA, MOH UAE, FDA Ghana, etc.). Liaise with internal regulatory, legal, and R&D teams to ensure timely dossier submission, compliance, and go-to-market approvals. Commercial Strategy & Execution: Own quarterly and annual international revenue targets and P&L across assigned geographies. Develop institutional and B2B sales funnels including hospitals, dermatology chains, med spas, and medical distributors. Plan and execute participation in global aesthetic medicine conferences and exhibitions (e.g., AMWC, IMCAS, Dubai Derma, Africa Health). Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the medical director, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure synchronized global campaigns and service delivery. Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing to enable compliant and cost-effective export fulfillment. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 7–12 years in international sales/business development roles in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, aesthetic medicine , or medical devices . Experience in Africa, GCC, or Southeast Asia preferred. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling brands or devices in international markets. Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for cosmetic or medical products. Proficiency in commercial negotiations, distributor management, and cross-border compliance. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders. Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions and strategy. Education: Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Management . An MBA in International Business or Healthcare preferred but not mandatory. Must Have Qualifications: At least 10 years of business development experience in Africa and GCC At least 5 years of international business development experience in aesthetic skin and hair products 7–12 years in international sales/business development roles in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, aesthetic medicine, or medical devices Experience in launching and scaling brands or devices in international markets Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for cosmetic or medical products Proficiency in commercial negotiations, distributor management, and cross-border compliance Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategy Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Management Must be located in commutable distance to Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Why Join Us?
