This role requires deep experience in B2B beauty or salon product distribution, strong P&L acumen, and the ability to build a robust national distribution network. The ideal candidate will come from premium salon brands like L'Oréal Professional, Schwarzkopf, Wella, or leading salon distributor networks such as Beauty Essentials, Streamline, Headstart, etc. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Channel Expansion Own and expand the Hairejuva salon distribution network across metros and Tier I/II cities. Forge and manage strategic partnerships with salon chains (Enrich, Juice, Looks, BBlunt, etc.) and independent high-potential salons. Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and salon onboarding targets. Lead B2B field sales teams and train salon relationship managers to ensure consistent performance and activation. Salon Education & Brand Positioning Collaborate with the medical and marketing teams to roll out scientifically sound salon training programs , therapist education modules, and certification schemes. Oversee execution of branded POS, merchandising, and service menu integration within partner salons. Position Hairejuva as a science-backed alternative to cosmetic-only salon treatments . Product & P&L Management Lead full P&L responsibility for Hairejuva’s salon vertical: revenue, costs, profitability, pricing strategy, and GTM planning. Plan inventory forecasts and supply chain alignment in collaboration with logistics and manufacturing. Strategize launch of new SKUs, service variants, and value-added salon kits based on market feedback. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination Build, mentor, and lead the Hairejuva commercial team—sales, education, and regional managers. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, legal, branding, and clinical leadership. Report monthly business performance to the Board/Director and revise strategy based on data insights. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 10+ years in salon product sales, brand management, or distributor-facing roles . Prior leadership experience in companies like L’Oréal Professional, Wella, Schwarzkopf, GK Hair, Kevin Murphy, Olaplex , or leading salon distributor aggregators (Beauty Essentials, Streamline, etc.). Exposure to both product (retail) and service (treatment) based salon business models. Skills: Deep understanding of salon economics, therapist psychology, and owner incentives. Track record of building B2B distribution networks across India. Strong business acumen with end-to-end P&L responsibility. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or Marketing . MBA preferred but not mandatory if backed by strong industry experience.
