Education Bachelors/ master’s degree in computer science or software engineering Job Description: Responsibilities: Gather and assess customer needs. Define, develop, and support technology solutions with platform teams. Focus on specific products/areas within the platform teams. Architect technical solutions to meet the requirements. Guide teams on DevOps best practices and create standards. Evangelize DevOps practices. Interface with leadership to convey infrastructure requirements and resolve deployment issues. Coordinate releases with Leads/Ops Team. Ensure on-time, quality product releases. Oversee tools development and automation. Design and manage scalable, secure DevOps processes and infrastructure. Optimize Azure DevOps, GitHub, and TFS environments. Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Integrate robust security practices into DevOps processes. Conduct performance testing and monitoring to ensure system uptime and SLAs. Monitor system performance and implement improvements. Monitor and manage technical processes. Lead teams during issues and implement architectural strategies. Set up a growth environment to accelerate development. Engage in transactions requiring specialized technical expertise. Potentially manage and lead teams. Preferred Skills: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps processes and infrastructure. Streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and GitHub. Manage and optimize Azure DevOps On-Premises, GitHub On-Prem, GitHub Cloud, AWS, and Google Cloud environments. Oversee TFS (Team Foundation Server). Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, Shell, and Perl to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. Ensure robust security practices, including DevSecOps, network security, secure coding, and compliance with security standards. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Re-invent architecture by assessing current systems and applying new techniques. Handle cloud operations, scaling, maintenance, migration, and security monitoring. Possess strong knowledge of software testing, development techniques, and configuration management in Linux and Unix-based environments. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on DevOps best practices. Create solutions for moving and processing data. Strong automation skills with the potential to initiate new automation processes. Familiar with Agile methodologies. Focus on application security and secure coding practices. Involved in technology and operations management, technology architecture, and strategy design. Proficient in using testing tools and techniques. Experience with Artifactory, SonarQube, Bitbucket, and Qlik for data visualization and reporting. Show more Show less
