Deputy General Manager

Project Management & Implementation of OMS Tool:

- Lead the project management and successful implementation of the OMS tool across the region.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and integration of the OMS tool.

- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.

Tracking of OTIF and Fill Rate:

- Establish and monitor OTIF and fill rate metrics to ensure targets are met.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance OTIF and fill rate performance.

CRS Implementation & Drive PDP Compliance:

- Oversee the implementation of the Customer Response System (CRS) to improve customer interaction and satisfaction.

- Ensure adherence to the PDP (Product Delivery Process) and drive compliance across all teams.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of PDP compliance.

Stock Norms Review & Design:

- Review current stock norms and design optimal stock strategies to meet customer demands efficiently.

- Work closely with inventory management teams to balance stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.

- Implement best practices for stock management to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Drive Customer Service Metrics:

- Develop and monitor key customer service metrics to assess performance.

- Implement initiatives to continuously improve customer service levels.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Desired Experience:

- Exposure in different Customer Service Processes, CRS and DMS tools. Exposure in technology and very good understanding of backend SAP process.

- Experienced in driving customer service & order management processes in a large FMCG company.

- Good understanding of CRS (Replenishment System) and Stock Norms for different channel partners.

- Experience in working in DMS set up and best in class metrics for Customer Service & Delivery Metrics.

- Implementation experience in Order Management Solutions (OMS).

- Good understanding about planning & logistics processes.
