Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting continuous improvement and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications. Preferred Attributes: Experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced IT environment. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively across departments.
