Job Summary: The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the Society's overall business plan and strategic direction. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Society's goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top IT talent, ensuring effective onboarding and retention strategies. Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive employee development and organizational excellence. Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. HR Operations: Oversee HR systems and processes, including HRIS, payroll, and record management. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting continuous improvement and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications. Preferred Attributes: Experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced IT environment. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively across departments.
