Job Description:

● Organizational Operations & Systems

Overseeing day-to-day operations across departments while strengthening systems

in finance, HR, administration, compliance, and risk management. Lead the

development and implementation of SOPs, internal workflows, and operational

policies to ensure clarity, accountability, and efficiency—along with driving long-

term strategy through 3-year planning and budgeting.

● People, Culture &Team Leadership

Building and nurturing a collaborative, values-driven culture through structured

hiring, performance reviews, internal communication, cross-team coordination, and

onboarding practices. Also support organizational growth through workforce

planning, contracting, and internal process alignment.

● Financial Oversight & Governance

Working closely with leadership and finance teams on budgeting, forecasting,

financial controls, audits, and compliance. To ensure donor-aligned expenditure

tracking, statutory adherence, and strong board documentation and governance

processes.

● Operational Planning, Risk &Protection

Leading continuous improvement across systems, technology, and internal

processes. To manage operational calendars, decision-making frameworks,

succession planning, and organizational risk assessments—while playing an active

role in crisis management and protection planning.

● Fundraising, Donor Support & Partnerships

Supporting fundraising strategy, grant writing, donor reporting, proposal budgets,

funder presentations, and partnership development—while maintaining strong

funder databases and reporting cycles.

● Internal Leadership & Executive Support

Serving as the second-in-command for internal operations, driving alignment,

problem-solving bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth, high-quality internal functioning.
