Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to lead our Shirpur Campus operations. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance student satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver innovative programs.
Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve operational excellence.
Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including hotels, restaurants, and other educational institutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in managing large-scale campus operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
