Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to lead our Bangalore campus, with 7-10 years of experience in the field.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations of the campus, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver innovative curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners and community leaders.

Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in higher education or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and tourism industries, with knowledge of hotel management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
