Job Description

Demand Generation Manager

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital demand generation campaigns across
PPC, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO
, and other performance marketing channels.
Run
A/B testing
across landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to improve
conversion rates
and campaign performance.
Build automated nurture workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring models in
HubSpot
.
Ensure leads are properly tracked, qualified, and routed to sales with clear attribution.
Optimize email campaigns for engagement, deliverability, and pipeline acceleration.
Use
AI-powered tools
to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Collaborate with
digital marketing and sales teams
to drive
qualified lead generation
and pipeline growth.
Align closely with
content, PR, events, and product marketing
to ensure a
consistent digital voice
and coordinated campaigns.
Monitor and report on key digital KPIs including:
Website traffic,

Conversion rates,

Campaign ROI
Partner with
Marketing Operations and BI teams
to maintain clean, reliable, and actionable data for reporting and targeting.
Experience with tools like
HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
is a plus.
