Job Description

Delivery Management (Client-Facing)
Be the primary point of contact for clients
Manage escalations
Build strong working relationships and trust with clients
Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and updated
Provide weekly / monthly reporting to clients
Align project delivery to client expectations
Program Management (Multi-Project Leadership)
Oversee all projects running inside the company
Coordinate with multiple PMs and PCs
Roll out project management best practices across the orgnisation.
Run daily/weekly status calls
Track project performance, mitigate risks, and maintain project health
Ensure Project Plans are well prepared, communicated to clients, managed and tracked properly
Manage financials & capacity planning
Handle internal reporting to CargoFL Senior Management
People Leadership
Train PMs, PCs, and project teams
Build rapport so teams feel comfortable
Guide teams to follow standardised processes
Promote coordination across development, testing, sales
Strategic Alignment
Work closely with senior management
Ensure delivery goals match organisational objectives
Manage change management effectively
Support project kick-offs and setup
