Job Role

Experience Required:
5 to 10 years of work experience in International Life and Annuity Insurance Domain

Skill Requirements:

BFS and/or Insurance domain knowledge preferred
Experience in driving and strategizing SLA/client metrics that report health of a project (commercial and delivery)
Strong customer interfacing skills with particular emphasis on customer experience management in transformation
Good understanding of business with P&L responsibility
Sound exposure to Project Management Methodologies, Estimation and Pre-sales support
Should have an executive presence
Demonstrating thought leadership and lessons learnt from other organizations as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of contracted service levels
Manage and lead a team of 100+ FTEs as part of customer service operations
