Job Description

1. Strategic Team Leadership

Dual-Team Oversight:

Manage and monitor the daily operations of both the Vendor Managementteam and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure cohesive performance.

Unified Sourcing Strategy:

Strategize with both teams to source talent effectively—leveragingvendors for niche/volume requirements while driving the TA team to maximize direct sourcing viaplatforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Upwork.

Performance Management:

Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to foster long-termcollaboration, ensuring high morale and productivity across both functions.2. Vendor Management & Sourcing

2.Vendor Relations:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with multiple staffing vendors toensure priority support.

Pipeline Building:

Collaborate with vendors to build a robust, tech-focused talent pipeline forupcoming and current requirements.

Budget & Negotiation:

Negotiate rates and budgets with vendors to ensure cost-effective hiringand healthy margins.

Operational Alignment:

Visit vendor offices when required to ensure operational alignment andcoordinate regular vendor-onboarding meetings and MSA discussions.

3. Candidate Management & Verification

Screening & Quality Assurance:

Conduct candidate screening calls when required to validatetechnical fit and communication skills before client submission.

Strict Verification:

Oversee the verification process to ensure all candidate details—includingpayroll, total experience, education, and employment history—are validated against verificationSOPs.

Onboarding:

Coordinate with vendors, the internal team, and clients to ensure smoothdocumentation and onboarding of selected candidates.

4. Client Coordination

Client Point of Contact:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery updatesin the absence of the client-facing team.

Communication:

Maintain clear, transparent communication and provide timely updates on hiringprogress, challenges, and delivery status.

5. Reporting & Operational Excellence

Data & Analytics:

Maintain and update comprehensive team performance data, including:

Monthly & Quarterly dashboards.

Vendor-wise, Client-wise, and Member-wise onboarding reports.

Margin analysis and delivery tracking.

Process Improvement:

Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery,verification, and vendor coordination.

Escalation Management:

  • Demonstrate the ability to handle urgent calls, critical escalations, oroperational needs beyond standard working hours.
