Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end delivery

  of recruitment projects for BPO clients.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower needs, skill requirements, and hiring timelines.
  
• Ensure timely closures for voice, non-voice, chat, blended, and support processes.
  
• Drive high-volume hiring for international and domestic BPO roles.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring performance using MIS & reports.
  
• Ensure quality of candidates and recruitment process compliance.
  
• Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
  
• Work closely with sourcing teams to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  3–6 years of experience

  in recruitment delivery for BPO hiring.
• Must have worked in a

  staffing / recruitment consultancy

  serving BPO clients.
• Strong knowledge of hiring for

  Voice, Non-Voice, International Process, Domestic Process, and Tech Support

  roles.
• Excellent communication, team management, and client-handling skills.
  
• Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, references, walk-ins, etc.
  

Education

• Graduate (Any specialization).
  
• MBA in HR is an added advantage.
