Role Overview:

As a Delivery Manager at Paperflite, youll be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of customer projects end-to-end. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams—translating requirements, allocating work, tracking progress, and making sure deliverables meet expectations on time and with high quality.

This role requires someone with strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of agency-style operations. You will drive operational excellence, ensure smooth execution, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee project profitability through effective P&L ownership.

Here’s what you'll be doing:

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, project requirements, and business goals to ensure alignment with delivery outcomes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, status reviews, and communication loops to ensure transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Translate customer requirements into clear tasks and deliverables for internal teams.
  • Allocate work to design, content, engineering, or creative teams based on capacity and expertise.
  • Own delivery timelines—plan, track, and ensure all project milestones are met with high quality.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation approaches to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs.

Process & Quality Ownership

  • Drive structured delivery processes, ensuring consistency across all customer engagements.
  • Monitor output quality and ensure all deliverables meet Paperflite’s standards before client handover.
  • Continuously optimize delivery workflows to improve speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, product, engineering, and customer success teams to coordinate end-to-end delivery.
  • Facilitate internal syncs to align all stakeholders, remove blockers, and ensure smooth collaboration.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Own project level P&L ensure profitability through efficient resource utilisation and scope management.
  • Track effort, budget, and billing accuracy across projects.
  • Forecast resource needs, plan capacity, and ensure optimum workload distribution.

What you’ll need to join the team:

  • 8–10 years of experience in project/delivery management, preferably in a digital agency, creative agency, or SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and delivering digital/technical/creative projects end-to-end.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills—you know how to handle clients, set expectations, and communicate effectively.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Deep understanding of delivery processes, resource planning, and operational execution.
  • Experience owning P&L, budgeting, and financial tracking for projects or accounts.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while keeping teams aligned and motivated.
  • A people-first mindset combined with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
