What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate with development teams to understand product features, user requirements, and project scope Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and accountability Plan, design, and execute test strategies and schedules to ensure quality and timely delivery, including manual testing efforts Take a hands-on approach to testing, identifying and managing defects through resolution, while empowering your team to do the same, with a focus on both manual and automated testing Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth releases and adherence to performance standards Drive process improvements, standardisation, and best practices across QA workflows, while ensuring the team is aligned on goals and priorities Facilitate team collaboration, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions to help team members grow and excel Document and share key insights, metrics, and test results to ensure transparency, readiness, and continuous learning within the team . What You’ll Need: 7 -10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on process-driven project management Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, including mentoring and performance management Hands-on experience in manual testing; automation testing experience is a strong advantage. Proficiency with debugging tools and techniques. Strong skills in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive test strategies. Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools such as JIRA. A knack for problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering quality outcomes, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
