Regular follow-ups with overseas vendors for on-time delivery, rejection handling, rework/replacement, and payment settlements. Collaborate with internal accounts/finance teams on LCs, advance payments, debit/credit notes, and foreign remittance processes. Stay updated on global market trends, currency fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting international procurement. Communicate clearly and professionally in English with international suppliers and internal stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in international/overseas procurement, preferably in APAC markets. Exposure to sourcing from China and other APAC countries will be a strong advantage. Good written and verbal communication in English
