Role Summary

As a Delivery/Project Manager, you will be the face of the company at the client location—responsible for managing the delivery of cybersecurity solutions and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1) Serve as the single point of contact for key clients at their location.

2) Manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity product implementations and custom solutions.

3) Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal product/engineering teams.

4) Own relationship management, ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.

5) Negotiate project scope, schedules, budgets, and change requests effectively.

6) Proactively identify delivery risks and drive issue resolution.

7) Monitor project KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure SLA adherence.

8) Provide regular project updates and executive reports to internal and client leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1) 3 – 5 years of experience in IT project or delivery management, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise product environments.

2) Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, or enterprise IT infrastructure.

3) Proven track record of client-facing delivery/project management in mid to large enterprises.

4) Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

5) Experience working onsite with client teams, handling dynamic and high-pressure environments.

6) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
