Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Product Support Interns (Freshers) to join our team. You will support customers with product-related queries, assist in smooth operations, and collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to clients via email, chat, or calls.
• Help customers understand CargoFL’s SaaS features.
• Document & escalate issues to development/testing teams when required.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to resolve client queries.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Manual testing knowledge preferred.
• Quick learner with customer-first approach.
