Product Support Intern

As a Product Support Intern at Veradigm, you will play a crucial role in providing expert assistance to customers over the phone, thereby enhancing their experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing product support to customers via telephone and/or Internet channels such as instant messaging and email. - Tracking and documenting inbound support requests while ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues. - Assessing the nature of product or service issues and resolving support problems effectively. - Providing day-to-day support through the internal support ticket system tool, understanding and fulfilling requirements based on SLA and ticket priority. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in US shifts as this role offers hybrid mode with 2 days working from office in Pune. The qualifications we are looking for include: - Educational Background: Graduates with a BCA, BSc, BA (with a strong interest in computers), or related fields are encouraged to apply. - Tech & Troubleshooting Skills: Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting abilities will be beneficial.
